Step 2: Add Your Property Group

Create your first property/location with bilingual names, location details, currency, timezone, VAT settings, and operational hours. A 'group' represents a property location with its own units, payment settings, and website.

Click 'Add Property' or 'Add Group'

From the dashboard, you'll see a button to add your first property. Click it to open the property creation form.

Enter Property Name (Bilingual)

- English Name: Enter your property name in English (e.g., 'Al Raha Villa Apartments') - Arabic Name: Enter the same name in Arabic (e.g., 'فيلا الراحة للشقق المفروشة') These names appear on your booking website and guest communications.

Select Property Type

Choose the type of property from the dropdown: Chalets, Villas, Apartments, Hotels, Hostels, Guest Houses, etc. This helps guests understand what they're booking.

Enter Location Details

- Address Line 1: Street address or main location identifier - City: Select from dropdown (auto-populated by country) - District: Select from dropdown (auto-populated by city) - Street Name: Optional, for specific directions - Building Number: Optional, for location clarity - Google Maps URL: Paste the link from Google Maps to help guests find your property - Show guest location on booking site: Toggle to display the map to potential guests

Configure Check-in & Check-out Times

- Check-in Time: Set the default time guests can check in (e.g., 3:00 PM / 15:00). This is shown on your booking site. - Check-out Time: Set the default time guests must check out (e.g., 12:00 PM / 12:00). Usually earlier than check-in. These times are displayed to guests during booking and help manage daily operations.

Select Country & Set Defaults

Select your property's country from the dropdown. The system will automatically set: - Currency: Based on the country (e.g., SAR for Saudi Arabia) - Timezone: Based on the country (e.g., Asia/Riyadh) - VAT Rate: Standard tax rate for that country You can adjust these if needed for your specific requirements.

Configure Currency & Timezone

- Currency: Choose which currency to price your units in (SAR, AED, KWD, EGP, etc.). This is displayed to guests during booking. - Timezone: Set the timezone for your property. Critical for scheduling, availability calculations, and booking times. Guest bookings and rates are calculated based on this timezone.

Configure VAT Settings

- Enable VAT: Toggle to enable VAT/Tax collection. Most GCC countries require this. - VAT Rate: Enter the percentage rate (usually 15% in Saudi Arabia, 5% in UAE). This is added to or included in your prices. - Price Includes VAT: Toggle to indicate whether your unit prices already include VAT (inclusive pricing) or if VAT is added on top (exclusive pricing). This affects how prices are displayed to guests.

Add Contact Information

- Phone Number: Select country code, then enter phone with area code (e.g., +966 12 456 7890). This is shown on the booking website. - Email: Primary contact email for the property. This receives admin notifications. - Notification Email: Secondary email for operational alerts (housekeeping, bookings, etc.). Useful for delegating notifications to team members. - Telegram Admin Chat ID: Optional. For admin notifications via Telegram bot. Copy from Telegram bot integration settings.

Add Social Media Links

Add your social media profiles (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook). These links appear on your booking website, allowing guests to follow you and see your latest updates and photos.

Save Your Property

Click 'Save Property' or 'Create Group' to finish. The property group is now created and you'll be directed to add payment methods and units.
