Step 3: Add Payment Methods
Configure payment gateways so guests can pay for their bookings. You can accept credit cards, bank transfers, installment plans, and more. Popular options include Tap, Moyasar, Tamara, and Tabby.
Navigate to Payment Methods
From the property settings, go to the 'Payment Methods' section. You'll see a list of available payment gateways with an option to add each one.
Choose Your Payment Gateway
- Tap: Best for credit card payments. Wide merchant acceptance. Supports all major cards. - Moyasar: Aggregator supporting multiple local payment methods. Useful for Saudi/GCC markets. - Tamara: Buy-now-pay-later (BNPL) option. Good for high-value bookings. - Tabby: Similar to Tamara, encourages larger bookings with installments. - Bank Transfer: Manual payment. Guests transfer money directly. Useful as a fallback. - Apple Pay: Secure payment option for iOS users (requires Moyasar setup first). You can enable multiple methods simultaneously.
Add Tap Payment Credentials
Click 'Add Tap' to configure: - Merchant ID: From your Tap dashboard - API Key (Secret): From Tap's API settings - Success Redirect URL: Auto-populated (where guests return after payment) - Currency: Auto-selected from your property settings Note: Tap and Moyasar are mutually exclusive on one property.
Add Moyasar Payment Credentials
Click 'Add Moyasar' to configure: - Public Key: From your Moyasar business dashboard - Secret Key: From Moyasar's Security settings - Supports multiple local payment methods (STCPay, MADA, cards) - Enables Apple Pay compatibility Note: Only one of Tap or Moyasar can be active. Choose Moyasar if you want Apple Pay support.
Add Tamara or Tabby (BNPL)
Click 'Add Tamara' or 'Add Tabby' to offer buy-now-pay-later options: - Public Key: From your merchant dashboard - Private Key/Secret: From your account settings - Currency: Must match your property currency These are ideal for encouraging larger bookings. Guests can split payment into 3-4 interest-free installments.
Add Bank Transfer Details
For Bank Transfer: - Bank Name: Your bank (e.g., 'Saudi National Bank') - Account Holder Name: Name on the bank account - IBAN: International Bank Account Number - Account Number: Standard bank account number - BIC/SWIFT Code: For international transfers - Special Instructions: Any notes for guests (e.g., 'Reference: Booking #12345') Guests will see these details during checkout and transfer money directly to your account.
Configure Apple Pay (Optional)
Apple Pay requires Moyasar to be set up first: 1. Go to Payment Methods → Apple Pay 2. Enter your Apple Merchant ID: From Apple Developer account 3. Domain Registration: System auto-verifies your domain 4. Certificate Upload: Upload the domain certificate file 5. Testing: Test with Apple Pay on iOS devices Apple Pay makes checkout faster for iOS users.
Test Payment Methods
After configuring payment methods: 1. Go to Booking Website → Test Booking 2. Create a test booking with each payment method 3. Verify checkout displays correct payment options 4. Complete test payments using test card numbers (provided by each gateway) 5. Check that payment confirmation emails are sent correctly Only enable production payment methods once all tests pass.

Step 1: Create Your Account
Set up your administrator account with your email and password. This is your primary login to manage all property operations.
Step 2: Add Your Property Group
Create your first property/location with bilingual names, location details, currency, timezone, VAT settings, and operational hours. A 'group' represents a property location with its own units, payment settings, and website.
Step 4: Add Rooms/Units
Create individual units (rooms, villas, apartments) within your property group. Each unit has its own pricing, images, amenities, and availability calendar.
Step 5: Test Your System with a Booking
Test the entire booking flow to ensure everything works correctly before going live. Create a test booking through your website to verify payment processing, confirmations, and admin notifications.
