Step 4: Add Rooms/Units

Create individual units (rooms, villas, apartments) within your property group. Each unit has its own pricing, images, amenities, and availability calendar.

1

Navigate to Units/Rooms Section

From the property settings, click on 'Units' or 'Rooms'. You'll see your property name at the top. Click 'Add Unit' or 'Add Room' button.

2

Enter Unit Name (Bilingual)

- English Name: Unique name for this unit (e.g., 'Deluxe Suite A1' or 'Villa 3') - Arabic Name: Arabic translation (e.g., 'جناح فاخر A1' أو 'الفيلا 3') Guests see this name throughout the booking process and in confirmation emails.

3

Add Unit Description (Bilingual)

- English Description: Detailed description of the unit (e.g., 'Modern suite with king bed, en-suite bathroom, LED TV, and city view') - Arabic Description: Arabic translation of the description Make this compelling and detailed—guests read this to decide. Mention bed types, bathroom details, appliances, and views.

4

Set Unit Capacity (Guests)

- Number of Guests: How many people can sleep in this unit (e.g., '2', '4', '6') - Adult Occupancy: Maximum number of adults - Children Occupancy: Maximum number of children This controls who can book: guests won't see this unit if their group exceeds the capacity.

5

Set Base Price (Per Night)

- Base Price: Default nightly rate in your property's currency (e.g., 500 SAR) Note: This is the starting price. You'll set seasonal pricing, overrides, and dynamic pricing in the Calendar section later. If VAT is enabled, indicate if this price is VAT-inclusive or not.

6

Add Amenities/Features

Select amenities guests care about (select all that apply): - WiFi, TV, A/C, Heater - Kitchen, Microwave, Refrigerator - Private Bathroom, Hair Dryer, Toiletries - Balcony, Garden, Parking - Washing Machine, Iron, Safe - Non-smoking, Pet-friendly - etc. These appear as icons/tags on the booking website, helping guests filter units by amenities.

7

1. Click 'Add Images' or drag-and-drop photos 2. Upload high-quality photos (minimum 1000x600px) showing: - Bedroom (bed quality) - Bathroom - Main living area - Outdoor space/balcony (if applicable) 3. Arrange images by importance (main photo first) 4. Add alt text for each image (for accessibility) 5. The first image is shown on listings; others appear in the gallery Good images increase booking conversion. Ensure lighting is clear and representative.

8

Set Cancellation Policy (Optional)

Define your cancellation policy for this unit (or inherit from property defaults): - Free Cancellation: Until a certain number of days before check-in - Non-Refundable: First night is non-refundable - Custom Policy: Define your own terms This is displayed during checkout so guests know the terms before booking.

9

Set Booking Rules & Restrictions

- Minimum Stay: Minimum number of nights (e.g., '1', '2', '3'). Helps manage turnover. - Maximum Stay: Maximum nights allowed (e.g., '30'). Useful for short-term rentals. - Check-in/Check-out Days: If specific (e.g., 'Friday Check-in Only') These restrictions are enforced on the booking calendar.

10

Save the Unit

Click 'Save Unit' or 'Create Unit' to finish. The unit is now created and will appear on your booking website. You can now set pricing, manage availability, and handle bookings from the Calendar section.

11

Create Additional Units

Repeat the above process for each unit/room in your property. You can add units one by one or create several at once (depending on your volume). Tip: Duplicate a unit to quickly create similar units with the same amenities and pricing (then customize the name and images).
