The AI Agent Section
The AI Agent section is split into four pages accessible from the left sidebar: ① Tab navigation — AI Configuration, Training, Messages Templates, and Review Settings ② Property card — shows the active property with number of live agents and total conversations ③ Edit Setup — opens the Training tab to customize your agent's behavior ④ + Add Channel — creates a new AI agent on an additional channel ⑤ Other Properties section — lists other unit groups where you can deploy agents

What the AI Agent Does
Your AI agent is a 24/7 chatbot that handles guest conversations across WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Live Chat, TikTok, and Telegram. With proper training it can: - Answer questions about your property, pricing, and availability - Guide guests through the booking process and create confirmed reservations - Send follow-up reminders to guests who haven't completed their booking - Automatically send booking confirmation and cancellation messages - Collect guest reviews after checkout - Reply to reviews automatically based on their star rating
