Set Custom Pricing on Specific Dates

Learn how to create price overrides for specific date ranges — replacing the base price or adding a fixed amount — and apply them to selected units.

1

View and Manage Price Overrides

Navigate to Price Overrides from the left sidebar ($ icon). The page lists all existing overrides: ① Add Override — click to open the New Price Override panel ② Override card — shows the override name, date range, type badge (Replace Price or Add Amount), and SAR value ③ Edit / Delete icons — click ✏ to modify an existing override or 🗑 to delete it

Fill In the Override Details

After clicking Add Override, the New Price Override panel opens: ① Name — enter a label for this override (e.g., Summer Peak Season) ② Start Date / End Date — select the date range the override applies to ③ Override Type — choose Replace Price (sets a fixed price per night for the date range) or Add Amount (adds a fixed SAR amount on top of the base price per night) ④ Value — enter the SAR amount for the selected override type

Select Units, Set Priority, and Save

Complete the override configuration and save: ① Apply to all units in group — check this to apply the override to every unit at once ② Units list — or select individual units the override should apply to ③ Priority (0-100) — higher numbers take precedence when multiple overrides overlap on the same date; Active toggle enables or disables the override without deleting it ④ Cancel — discard without saving; Create Override — confirms and activates the override immediately on the calendar
