Occupancy & Revenue Reports

Track how full your property is and how much money it earns using the Daily Occupancy, RevPAR / ADR, and Room Revenue Summary reports.

Find the Occupancy & Revenue reports

Open Reports, switch to the Detailed Reports view, and look for the Occupancy & Revenue section - it is usually the first group of cards. It contains three reports: - Daily Occupancy Report (marked Live) - RevPAR / ADR Report (marked KPI) - Room Revenue Summary These three answer the most important questions for a hotel: how full am I, how much is each room worth, and where does my revenue come from. Click View Report on any card to open it.

Read the Daily Occupancy Report

The Daily Occupancy Report shows one row per day with: - Total Rooms - how many units were sellable - Occupied and Vacant - how many were sold versus empty - Occupancy % - the share that were filled - OOO - rooms out of order (unavailable for repair) The summary at the top gives your Average Occupancy for the whole period. Use this to see which days run full and which days run empty, so you can plan pricing and promotions for the slow days.

Understand ADR, RevPAR, and Occupancy

The RevPAR / ADR Report uses three industry metrics. In plain terms: - Occupancy % - what share of your rooms were sold - ADR (Average Daily Rate) - the average price each sold room earned - RevPAR (Revenue per Available Room) - total room revenue spread across every room you had, sold or not Why both ADR and RevPAR? ADR tells you your average price; RevPAR tells you how well you turned available rooms into money. A high ADR with low occupancy can still mean low RevPAR - you are charging a lot but selling little.

Read the RevPAR / ADR Report

Open the RevPAR / ADR Report to see a daily breakdown: - Each row shows the date, day name, available rooms, occupied rooms, Occupancy %, ADR, RevPAR, and Revenue - The summary tiles give your period Average Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and Total Revenue Watch the trend across the chart: weekends, holidays, and event dates usually push all three metrics up. If RevPAR dips while occupancy stays high, your average rate has dropped - a sign you may be discounting too hard.

Compare units with the Room Revenue Summary

The Room Revenue Summary flips the view to one row per unit instead of per day. For each room or unit it shows: - Nights Available and Nights Occupied - Occupancy % - ADR, RevPAR, and total Revenue This is the report to use when you want to know which rooms are your stars and which are underperforming. A unit with high availability but low occupancy may need a price adjustment, better photos, or more promotion. Sort your attention toward the rooms earning the least.

Narrow by property, unit, and dates

All three reports share the same filter row. Use it to focus your analysis: 1. Pick a single property if you manage more than one 2. Pick a single unit to study one room in detail, or leave it on All Units for the whole property 3. Choose a date range - This Month is a good default; Last Month is ideal for a monthly review Comparing the same report for This Month versus Last Month is the simplest way to see if occupancy and revenue are improving.

Save the numbers for a meeting or owner

Once your figures look right, capture them: - Click CSV to download a spreadsheet with every row plus the totals (Average Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, Total Revenue) at the bottom - Click PDF or Print for a clean one-page summary carrying your property logo and the date range These exports are perfect for a weekly revenue meeting, a monthly owner update, or comparing performance over time. Save the PDF each month and you build a simple performance archive without any extra tools.
